Investment tip
The area around the Alster and around the port is expanding – but where to? In the north, apparently, but it also is growing in an eastern direction. Take a look at Rothenburgsort. The distance to the main station is short- only two stations to go with the cable car, this district lies near the river Elbe and due to hard neighbourhood work the fluctuation is very small. Here you can find tenants, who stay, and the standard of renting increases slowly, but continuous.
